Rubber expansion joint, also known as compensator, is a flexible connector furnished by rubber bellow and swiveling steel flange. It allows pipeline for compression, extension and angular movement. It also reduces noise, and absorbs reaction force from vibration or pressure pulsation in fire pump operation.
